X-Talks: The trouble with journey mapping

For 20 years I’ve tried to create a complete set of journey maps for various employers, and NEVER succeeded. Clearly the problem is with journey mapping (not me) & I think I’ve figured it out. I’ll share mistakes I’ve made & challenge CXers to think about experience design more carefully.
