In this live event Prof Schreuder will share his perspectives on the dichotomies of NPS intentional versus behavioural; and bought versus earned.Â
Prof. will shed some light on how to measure EGR and understand the outcomes of new customers joining, existing customers buying new products, using more services and staying longer. Gary Cook will then bring this to life using Power BI - so bring your finance colleagues along as they too will find this interesting.
