About the event

Introduction to our participants

Prashanti Akaloo (panel moderator) An experienced ICT Service Delivery and Business Operations professional, with a demonstrated history of working in the information and communications technology sector, across industry from local to global, corporate to small business exposure. As an entrepreneur and managing consultant at Innovation Dynamics, leveraging strategic business insights, technology and culture dynamics for effective and transformed outcomes across the business engagement value chain.

Malisha Awunor (panelist) has over 25 years’ experience in the field of People and Culture across multiple industries, in South Africa and internationally, most recently as Group Head : People and Culture at EOH. With a passion for diversity, inclusion and belonging partnered with a focus on equitable, performance driven work cultures, Malisha believes in driving change in organisations whereby all people can thrive.

Venetia van Wyk is a seasoned professional in the field of Human Capital, with over 15 years of dedicated experience. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Humanities and a postgraduate degree in Operations Management. Currently, Venetia serves as a Group Transformation Manager for EOH, where her work aims to create meaningful change by integrating diversity, equity, and inclusion practices across corporate structures.
