CXSA will provides governance and oversight of the Customer Experience industry by providing set standards benchmarked against global best practice.
As a body, we aim to provide opportunities for learning that are fully inclusive, which support all levels of aspiring CX professionals by regulating accredited training providers.

The CX Professional Body will have a code of conduct that member will adhere to manage the reputation of customer experience professionals within the industry; as well as that of the Customer Experience Industry.

The CX Professional Body will focus on through empowerment elevating status of members to credible and attractive professionals and service providers. The body will through the demonstrated value of members, attract South African business to use accredited professionals and services providers who have met the stipulated standards of the body.
